Simple HTML editor for VB NET i.e. Bold Italics Bullet points / numbers

Hi,
I am aware that there are lots of HTML editors available for website but most of them cost and most of them are over complicated for what i need...
I need a free (or a tutorial to write my own) one that is basically the same as the one used to write posts in this forum but even simpler... i.e. i only want:

Bold
Italics
Underline
indent
outdent
bulleted list
numbered list
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

The intro page is overwhelming you with features but you can disable most of them.

I think i will use the freetextbox as it seems to be the easiest and is perfect for what i want.
Also, if anybody is interested... on their site, it says that these forums use the freetextbox control... so must be worthy
