or microsoft visual studio .net (.net 1.0)

go to Tools > Options > Text Editor > All Languages > check the "Line Numbers" check box in the "display" section
So is this response regarding Microsoft Visual Studio .net 2003 (.net 1.1) or Microsoft Visual Studio .net (.net 1.0). or does your answer cover both.
