Simple Guestbook with Pictures

I can make a simple guestbook with text only but could someone tell me how or show me on an article on how to make a guestbook were images are uploaded from the users computer.

Kris, I checked the FreeTextBox 3 on FireFox and it works perfect, I had once the 2.0 it gave me hard times on FireFox.
