simple email form with vb interaction

Hey,

I would like to create a simple ASP email form which can be passed variables from vb. So basically, I would like to create an asp email form that is access through vb via a inet control so that I can manipulate the URL with values.

I know that as soon as I have my ASP form mailer, I can pass variables to it by just adding it to the URL..
ie. www.sitename.com/aspform.asp?var1=value1&var2=value2

The thing I do not know is how to create an ASP email form. I do not need anything special just a simple form that also checks for required fields. If anyone can help by supplying some code or directing me to a good tutorial, I would appreciate it.
